Returns Policy

If you have received your item and you have changed your mind we will welcome the item back if it is unopened and still in the original packaging.  The item can be exchanged or refunded.  The cost of the return is your responsibility and will not be refunded.  This is  available within 14 days of receiving your items. 

If within 365 days you have a faulty pump/motor on your Breast Pump or Steriliser, please see our returns policy for mechanical warranty information.
